Research Summary
Research focuses on discovery, fundamental understanding, application and design of nanomaterials that catalyze/enhance pollutant degradation and sensing.
Research interests are in the interactions/reactions of pollutants with nanomaterials, the fate and transport of nanomaterials in the environment, fundamentals of material catalytic reactivity, kinetics and mechanisms of pollutant transformation reactions, fundamentals of interfacial reactions and phenomena, application of nanomaterials in pollution remediation, and application of nanomaterials in pollution characterization and sensing.
