Research Summary
Research focuses on the discovery, fundamental understanding, controlled synthesis, property characterization, device fabrication, and applications of one-dimensional and zero-dimensional nanomaterials in chemical and bio-sensing and nanoelectronics. Research interests are in the fundamental science in the physical and chemical processes in nanomaterials growth, unique properties of nanosystems, novel in-situ measurement techniques, the integration of nanomaterials with microsystems, self-assembly of nanostructures, and interfaces/interactions between nanomaterials and biological species.
